Campley Holdings Ltd (United Kingdom) · Contact: legal@pitchnoir.agency · Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms govern your use of PitchNoir (the agency-building game at pitchnoir.agency)
and every purchase made in it. By creating an account, playing, or buying anything, you agree to
them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
PitchNoir is an online game operated by Campley Holdings Ltd ("we", "us"). We provide the
game, its mini-games (including pool, golf, and the arcade), cosmetic content, and optional paid
items. The game is in active development: features, balance, content and prices change, and we may
add, alter or retire parts of the service at any time.
2. Your account
You need an account for cloud saves, leaderboards and purchases. Keep your credentials
secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
You must be at least 13, and at least 18 (or have a parent/guardian's permission and
supervision) to make purchases.
One account per person. Buying, selling or transferring accounts is prohibited.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, cheat, abuse other players, or
abuse the service (including automated access and exploitation of bugs).
3. Virtual items and currency
WahCoins (◈) and all Vault items (cosmetics, collections, theme packs, season pass
content), game unlocks, arcade credits and tools are a limited, personal, non-exclusive,
revocable licence to use digital content inside PitchNoir. They are not money or
property, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are
non-transferable.
Cred (✦) is earned through play, is never sold, and has no monetary value.
Purchases are cosmetic, convenience or access content. Purchases never determine
competitive outcomes against other players.
We may change the catalogue, prices, pack sizes and free-play allowances at any time;
changes don't affect what you've already been credited.
4. Payments
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price charged is the
price shown at checkout.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Server-side pricing applies: what an item costs is decided by our servers, not by anything
shown or altered in your browser.
Immediate delivery — your 14-day cooling-off right. Purchases are digital
content delivered immediately: coins, items and unlocks are credited as soon as payment is
confirmed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to
cancel. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital
content and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun
(i.e. once the coins or item hit your account). This consent is collected at checkout.
5. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks
Because delivery is immediate, purchases are generally non-refundable once credited —
except where required by law, or where the content is faulty, not as described, or not
delivered. In those cases contact support@pitchnoir.agency and
we will repair, replace, re-deliver or refund as UK consumer law requires.
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated coins/items/unlocks are removed
from the account; where already spent, the balance may go negative or equivalent items may be
revoked. Accounts used for payment fraud may be closed.
5a. Credits — what they are, and what happens to unspent ones
Credits are not money and have no cash value. They are a licence to access features
inside PitchNoir. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or sold.
Credits do not expire while your account is open and in good standing. We will not
quietly time them out.
If you close your account, any unspent credits are forfeited at closure. If you would
rather use them first, spend them before you close — once the account is gone we cannot restore
a balance. This does not affect any refund you are separately entitled to by law.
If we close or suspend your account for a breach of these terms, unspent credits are
forfeited. If we withdraw the service, close your account for any other reason, or stop running
PitchNoir altogether, we will refund unspent credits at the price you paid for them, using the
original payment method where possible. Email
support@pitchnoir.agency.
If we change what a credit buys — prices in credits for a game, an item or a play — the
change applies to future purchases only. Credits you have already bought keep the value they had
when you bought them for anything already unlocked.
6. Fair play
No cheating, exploiting bugs, automating play, tampering with the client, or manipulating
balances, entitlements or leaderboards. We may remove ill-gotten currency, scores or content
without refund.
Player-entered text (agency names, pitches, pleas and similar) must not be unlawful,
infringing, hateful or abusive. We may remove content and sanction accounts that cross the
line.
7. Ownership
PitchNoir — its code, art, film, music, characters (including Marlowe), names and branding —
belongs to Campley Holdings Ltd or its licensors. You get a personal, non-commercial licence to
play; nothing transfers ownership to you. You keep ownership of text you write in the game, and
grant us a licence to use it to operate the service.
7a. AI-generated content
PitchNoir is made with artificial intelligence, and almost everything in it is
synthetic. Marlowe Frost and every other character are AI-generated: their faces, their
voices and their performances were produced by generative models. They are not real people,
no real individual is depicted, and no part of the game is a recording of a real event. When a
character speaks to you, no human is on the other side.
The clients, brands, awards and campaigns in the game are invented. Where any of them resembles
a real company, it is satire, not a statement of fact about that company.
We label synthetic media both visibly and in machine-readable form, as required by Article 50 of
the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689). The full detail — what is generated, by what, how it is
marked, and what we deliberately do not do — is in our
AI Transparency Notice, which forms part of these terms.
You may not strip or falsify those labels, present PitchNoir's synthetic media as genuine
footage of real people or events, or use it to create material that does so.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation,
and saves, scores or virtual balances may occasionally be lost or rolled back; where we
reasonably can, we'll restore them.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death
or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability to you is
limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We are not liable for losses that are not foreseeable, or that arise from your breach of
these terms.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. In short:
privacy-respecting analytics, no sale of personal data, and payment details stay with Stripe.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged in the game or
by email. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. The
version at pitchnoir.agency/terms is always the current one.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and
Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — though if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory
protections and forum rights of your country of residence.
