# PitchNoir — Terms of Sale (Virtual Items & WahCoins)

**Applies to:** all purchases made in the PitchNoir Vault at pitchnoir.agency, including WahCoin
packs, cosmetic items, style collections, theme packs, and the Season Pass Pro track.

## 1. What you are buying
- **WahCoins (◈)** and all Vault items are a **limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable
  licence** to use digital content inside PitchNoir. They are **not money or property**, have
  **no cash value**, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are **non-transferable** and non-giftable
  (unless a gifting feature explicitly says otherwise).
- **Cred (✦)** is earned through play, is never sold, and has no monetary value.
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price charged is the price shown
  at checkout, taken by our payment processor **Stripe**; we do not see or store your card details.

## 2. Delivery — and your 14-day cooling-off right
Purchases are **digital content delivered immediately**: WahCoins and items are credited to your
account as soon as payment is confirmed.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. **By
completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and
acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun** (i.e. once the
coins or item hit your account). This consent is collected at checkout.

## 3. Refunds
- Because delivery is immediate, purchases are generally **non-refundable** once credited —
  except where required by law, or where the content is faulty, not as described, or not
  delivered. In those cases contact info@campleyai.uk and we will repair, replace, re-deliver or
  refund as UK consumer law requires.
- If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the associated coins/items are removed from the
  account; where they have already been spent, the balance may go negative or equivalent items
  may be revoked.

## 4. Fair play and integrity
- Purchases are cosmetic, convenience or progression-pass content. Purchases never determine
  competitive outcomes against other players.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts, coins or items outside the game is prohibited and
  may lead to removal of content without refund.
- We may change the Vault catalogue, prices, and coin pack sizes at any time; changes do not
  affect purchases already delivered.

## 5. Accounts, age & termination
- You must be **16 or over** (or the age of digital consent in your country) to purchase, and 18+
  to enable any 18+ content mode (which is unrelated to purchases).
- If we close the PitchNoir service, we will give reasonable notice; unspent purchased WahCoins
  within their statutory guarantee period will be refunded pro-rata where the law requires.
- We may suspend accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms.

## 6. Records, privacy & your data
Purchase and ledger records are retained for the statutory period required by UK tax and
accounting law, even if you delete your account. See our
[Privacy Policy](./PRIVACY_POLICY.md) for everything else.

## 7. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; nothing in them affects your statutory
rights as a consumer. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stands. Campley Holdings Ltd
may update these terms; the version at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
